Begin hydrating by drinking as much filtered/purified water (drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water daily).
Increase your fruit and veggie intake so that your body is less likely to have those crazy cravings. Taking away caffeine and other stimulants will help you curb any headaches that may occur.
Cut back on alcohol. Best if you can eliminate it altogether.
We suggest coffee drinkers switch to green tea, and green tea drinkers switch to herbal tea.
Purchase a dry skin brush, Epsom Salt and lavender.
